Rain on the Ocean

Three fabulous borosilicate glass creations by lampwork artisan Brandie Rosenberry with rich layers of blues are lovingly wrapped on thick sterling silver wire, mixed with ornate sterling silver beads, little encased blue-green swirled borosilicate glass donut beads, sparkling blue crystal dangles on swirled silver wire loops, with hand-hammered loops and coils of thick silver accents and a hand-forged hook closure. A sterling starfish on a boro glass donut bead dangles from the end as well.
Bracelet is adjustable and measures 7 and a half to 9 inches.

Borosilicate glass is a special kind of glass which is actually more durable than normal glass - it is the same kind used in Pyrex and is less dense than ordinary glass and it also requires a much higher temperature to melt compared to ordinary silicate glass.
