Wholesale Inquiries
|
Here are some of the wholesale options I currently have available.
Please note: wholesale orders apply to the nursing necklace category only.
For all orders I offer free regular First Class Shipping on all orders over $100 - both domestic and international.
For discount wholesale orders, I ship domestic orders Priority Mail and that is included in the cost of necklace.
I require as shipping fee for wholesale orders that the buyer purchase insurance from the Extras page based on the dollar amount they are purchasing. Additional postage charges for weight are waived.
Please note: Insurance for non-domestic orders is only available if you use International Priority Mail - I cannot provide this free of charge, and for large discounted wholesale orders I require that this shipping option be used.
For all wholesale orders, pendants are strung on a single length - you choose the length. 20-21 inches seems to be the average choice on this.
Necklaces come with and MUST be sold with an explanatory card that gives basic information regarding necklace functionality.
1.) You-Choose (Individual items from my shop):
Many of my items are unique, OOAK (one-of-a-kind) pieces which use either artisan glass, vintage components, or rare-find beads which I cannot get more of by any means. Whenever possible I like to buy materials from local glass artistisans and pay a premium for high quality materials. This option is only available to retailers. I do not do co-ops for this option because many of these items are one-of-a-kind and I cannot hold items for the duration needed for these mass orders to be made.
1A) 20-35 items: 10% discount from your total retail price.
1B) 35-50 items: 20% discount from the total retail price.
1B) 50-100 items: 30% discount from the total retail price.

2.) Necklace Sampler:
2A) 10 necklaces at $200
2B) 10+ necklaces using Artisan glasswork at $300
The most popular choice for shops with retail space available.
For $200, I create or choose from my shop a total of 10 necklaces in a variety of colors and styles, which normally I would probably sell in my shop anywhere from $20 to $30. I choose the designs and styles, but you tell me if there are colors you especially are interested in. Things like colors of cords are negotiable too.
For $300, I will do the same using the very high end artisan glasswork and gemstones, of the most original one-of-a-kind pieces, that normally would sell in my shop from $29 to $43 a piece. Artisan sampler items are one-of-a-kind pieces designed specifically for your shop. I usually throw in a bonus necklace for the Artisan Sampler as well. Also, for the artisan sampler, I include the fancy pouches that I always ship my necklaces in to all my retail customers.
If you're interested in more necklaces and less variety, I can also do an artisan sampler using sets of artisan beads, where I make similar loops all from the same set of artisan beads (these are always limited in quantity according to what I can get a hold of so please contact me if this is your interest.
These sampler packages are definitely the best deal if variety and unique designs is what you are looking for! And of course, for me, it's always most fun to get creative and do new things, so I will do what I can to make sure that you get some really great designs in there that you can move in your retail space.
Please note: I do not provide photography services at wholesale pricing levels - you will get a photo which shows all the work so you can see what you are getting, but not made at the individual piece-by-piece level.

3) Custom Order Wholesale Discount
The following styles are available in larger numbers - a popular choice for co-ops.
A minimum order of 5 of a chosen necklace design is needed to make these custom orders.
"Order of 20 or more" is referring to an order which is for 20 necklaces or more *of any design*, not necessarily 20 of this particular necklace design for the lower pricing to take effect.
PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST on these designs: Some of them I have a strand and can make a number based on materials on hand, and others are limitless assuming I have time to order more supplies to make the number you are requesting.
For retailers: additional designs are possible, so if there's a particular set of colors or style you really like, please contact me and we'll see what we can do to work something out.
Necklaces come by default on the color of cord shown in the photo - I can do all of a certain design in a different color, but not individual pieces in differing colors. (They'll all be the same length. )
Necklaces will have accompanying cards explaining their function and including some warnings, each in bundles per design - every piece needs to be resold with the accompanying cards. (Some design bundles may have additional cards that include some care information for the beads used.)
I don't inflate my prices all that much, so the only way to pass on savings is by using time-saving production methods and mass-ordering of supplies. Pricing below doesn't reflect the additional shipping fees that I normally include to cover extra customization options and packaging (so for example, a price marked as retail 25$ would typically come out to costing $30 if shipped directly to a retail customer.)
