All large orders of 10 or more:
* All necklaces come strung on the default color as shown in the photos for a specific piece, or if it's in a sampler, I choose the color that I think goes best with a given design.
* Necklaces will come strung on the default length of 20-21 inches (best average for new nursing mothers with small infants who can't reach the shorter designs) unless you specify otherwise.
* I provide you with either: a set of cards that has basic functionality of necklace information, website address, and general warnings, much like the messaging on my "What's a Nursing Necklace" page here on my website.
Alternatively, I can provide a document file that has a letter that provide an explanation of what the necklaces are and safety information. A copy of this letter should go with each necklace order.
Most shops like to have the file to print on their own so that they have extra on hand. Also, International folks usually want to translate the file into the language that their customers would understand.
* Shipping: Your shipping price is only the cost of the insurance. For International orders, this means Priority International needs to be purchased - that is the only way for tracking to be added to orders.
Necklace Samplers and Custom Bulk-Orders
* Please be sure to contact me first about the total size of your expected order for an expected turn-around timeframe. Usually, I can get these larger orders completed within a week, but make sure to get in touch with me first so that we can be sure that there aren't a lot of other things in the cue at that time. Pre-holidays such as Christmas, Valentines, and Mother's Day are especially busy times for me.
* For necklace samplers, feel free to give me a sense of what colors you like, or list out a bunch of necklaces on my site that are favorites and I do what I can to come up with necklaces that will fall into that general style, though the exact necklaces you picked out aren't guaranteed to be on the list (The larger the list of favorites, the better I'll be able to match with styles and components available to me.) Direction such as "browns and blues, no pinks please, and no animals" are really helpful in getting me started down a path that will get an order fit to suit your needs.
* Once work has begun, I'll send you a photo to give you a sense of what's coming your way. Once I get full payment, the necklaces are shipped to you. For samplers, half of the payment is due to begin work (so I can get supplies) and final payment is expected when we're ready to ship completed products.
